This space is a private residence available as a film and photo location featuring a large outdoor living space, pool/spa, deck with views of Griffith, living room, dining room, kitchen, 1 master bedroom, 1 guest bedroom, bathroom, driveway and front yard. Built in 1956, this architectural masterpiece highlights views of both the city and mountains. This property has been used for several high-budget shoots including Megan Fox for Esquire, Selena Gomez for Puma, Sunglass Hut, and more.
