About Sanctuaire Columbia
This is a beautifully renovated 3000 square-foot 2nd floor space located in Columbia, SC . This venue is a safe place for, creatives, entrepreneurs, and venue for social events. This venue accomodates birthday parties, showers, brunch, business trainings, classes, networking space, photo shoots, group workouts and more. Decor/layout can change. We have 24 black metal chairs and 4 6-foot tables available for use. There are also a few couches and benches available. You will have to contact an outside vendor for additional seating. We have three TCL Roku smart TVs for AV setup. Apple Airplay is also available. Champagne wall with LED signs, modern white bounce house (8ft tall x 10ft wide fits inside our space), and balloon garlands available for additional cost. You may rearrange furniture as needed. Currently available for half-day, full day and hourly rental. We are open to discuss availability. Please include your setup and breakdown time in your booking. Outside food and beverages are allowed. Our venue is family friendly and events must align with our values. Keep in mind that that our venue is on the 2nd floor and no elevator access (stairs only). PLEASE NOTE THAT SETUP AND BREAKDOWN IS NOT INCLUDED IN PRICING SHOWN. YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR SETUP AND BREAKDOWN TIME IN YOUR BOOKING. This space may not be completely vacant at the time of booking. The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected. Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed. A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
