Best for outdoor parties or photo shoot. No stairs - all one level. Very private back yard with pool. Plenty of unique areas to shoot or peel off from a party for a few minutes to have a private conversation. Great for small events / photo shoots and small video shoots in our backyard. approx 3000 square ft of outdoors space. Great outdoor open patio and lounging / picnic space. String lights throughout. All furniture is included and additional tables and chairs can be arranged upon request. Pool bathroom is INCLUDED with outdoor event. Add kitchen bathroom if event includes indoor common area. There is a $20 per person charge if agreed Max Cap is exceeded There is a refundable security deposit.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
