About the Space
*the floors are now painted white* Beautiful East Facing studio in historic Gastown. East facing means direct morning light and beautiful ambient light into the afternoon. This studio is well suited for smaller photo shoots and content creation. The space is equipped with a round marble table and two chairs, a togo couch, plants and a few accent pieces. Purposely keeping the space minimal, but with enough items to create a cozy vibe or keep it simplistic. There are prop shelves in the studio you are welcome to utilize. seamless paper, stands, and vflat available for use- inquire. Shared bathroom on floor, not private. Applicable taxes will apply and be added at payment. No body paint, makeup or shoes on the couch. I have three studios in the building, see other listings for larger units.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Jenna was extremely accommodating and ensured we had the perfect space and best lighting for our content shoot! Will absolutely be using her studios for all our future shoots! Everything worked out amazingly. Location was great, perfect neutrals and simplicity in the space.

The space was absolutely perfect for the photo shoot that we had arranged. It had great lighting, and we loved that there were quite a few props available as we were doing a bit of a lifestyle shoot. Great space, and thanks for all the great communication.

We loved the studio space! My friends and I booked this place for a small photoshoot. The location was easy and convenient to get to from transit. This studio space provided bright and warm natural lighting. It's nice and clean, there was a handful of props we could choose from. We definitely would come back and book this place again.

This is by far one of my favourite studios in Vancouver. The natural lighting is unmatched, it’s warm, clean, and the props are great. This is my go-to for content shoots and lifestyle photography. Jenna is a great host and I’d recommend this space to anyone! + wifi and washrooms!
