This property is great for prom send offs, engagements, family photography sessions, boudoir photos, pregnancy photos, children birthday parties, girls night out, teaching a class, sorority or fraternity meetings, baby reveals, wedding rehearsal dinners, pamper sessions, family bar-b-ques, filming commercials, movie shoots, etc. The possibilities are endless. Gigantic front yard, cemented patio in the back, double door entrance to the basement which includes a eating area, seating area with a 55 inch smart TV. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms including a large master king room on the upper lever with a fire TV and work station.

The home is completely sanitized and disinfected between guests. Bedding is washed on-site and all high traffic surfaces are wiped down during the cleaning process. Masks are worn by the cleaning staff.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
