Ideal for photo shoots and film, multiple locations throughout the house and property with many different vibes. Parlor room includes an extensive bone/osteology collection. Every section of the house is unique and themed to a degree. Also on the property is a large back lot that is private secure and available for use. The area is rough but the block is always pretty tame plus we have safe and secure parking depending on the size of the vehicle, The house is truly one of a kind and constantly evolving

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
