Additional chairs can placed along the walls as needed to increase capacity comfortably. The room also features a large whiteboard and a Chromecast-enabled Smart TV for wireless presentations. Most notably, the room features a private balcony for fresh air and lots of daylight. Use of the space for production of photography, video, film, podcast, or other recorded media must be disclosed and approved at least seven (7) days in advance and may be subject to additional costs and requirements, such as proof of insurance and a supplemental agreement.
