Alcohol may be served with a licensed bartender and any required one-day permit. IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION Please reserve the studio for the full amount of time you need access to the space. Your reservation must include: - Setup and decorating - Your event time - Cleanup and breakdown Access begins at your scheduled reservation start time. Early access and complimentary setup time are not included. For example, if your event is from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM and you need one hour to set up, your reservation should begin at 5:00 PM. Please also allow enough time at the end of your reservation for cleanup and breakdown. All guests, vendors, décor, and personal belongings must be removed by the end of your reserved time. PARKING Free parking is available behind the building. Additional parking is available in nearby garages and limited street parking is available in front of the building.
