Three bedroom, two-bathroom family home with large kitchen and 2 living/den areas on tree-lined street. Two bedrooms are teenager bedrooms - one boy, one girl. Nice backyard with deck furniture and grassy area. Large front yard. Detached garage that has been converted into a den/TV room - great for actor or client holding or wardrobe and make-up. The home recently went through a remodel in 2024 and can be described as transitional modern farmhouse. Hardwoods are wide-plank oak and living room and den walls are painted a soft white. The kitchen is especially spacious, great for a cooking series. The backyard has a built-in barbecue, table and couches and a large grassy area. I’m sorry - house is priced reasonably and we don’t offer discounts!

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
