Discounted rates are offered for rentals longer than one day and multiple day rentals - up until a max of 3 months. The longer the rental, the more reduced the rate. Longer than one month rental prices to be discussed* Hourly rates apply outside of these hours and all rentals that go past 10:00pm are charged at an additional $200 per hour. There is a one time cleaning fee on all rentals of $100. HST must be added to all rental fees. The interior space includes a dedicated display front window area, perfect for hanging art or displaying products. With neutral grey wood floors throughout, exposed white washed ceiling beams, and white walls, it provides a spacious and contemporary backdrop for your event.
