The best of both worlds: storefront access on Dundas West, a clean modern space and a private back courtyard that is accessible from the rear of the gallery and not visible from the street. Plan your dream indoor/outdoor event in this coveted city oasis. We only rent our space by the minimum one day $1200 weekdays and $1500 Saturdays. Rentals past 10pm will have an additional hourly charge regardless of start time. We prefer and prioritize longer rentals. We are rarely able to give discounts on one day rentals due to the nature of our space. We do not rent by the hour. These are the discounted rates for multiple days/weeks 2024: Sat+Sun $2000+hst (or 2 day rental) Fri+Sat+Sun $2200+hst (or 3 day rental) Thurs-Sun $2400+hst (or 4 day rental) Wed-Sun $2500+hst (or 5 day rental) Tues-Sun $2600+hst (or 6 day rental) Full Week Rental $2700+hst Two Week Rental $3400+hst Three Week Rental $4400+hst Four Week Rental $5500+hst *Max rental offered is 3 months. Longer than one month rental prices to be discussed* DAY RENTAL RATES ARE FROM 9am-10pm. All rentals that go past 10pm are charged at an hourly rate of $150 until 2am and $250 from 2am onwards regardless of when the event starts. There is a $120 cleaning fee added to all rentals, which includes all painting and patching of walls and all garbage and recycling disposal. $500 damage deposit - either by e-transfer or hold on credit card. Ideal for pop up shops, art exhibitions, product launches, special events, performances, photo and film shoots, and movement classes. The exterior of the building is white brick, clean and modern. The interior space includes a dedicated display front window area, perfect for hanging art or displaying products. With neutral grey wood floors throughout, exposed white washed ceiling beams, and white walls, it provides a spacious and contemporary backdrop for your event. One storage closet located on the lower level LED gallery track lighting with dimmers Heating, water air conditioning wi-fi The gallery is very accessible via TTC. The College, Dundas and King streetcars all intersect here. The nearest subway stop is Dundas West, and is a mere 5 minute walk away. There is free street parking for most of the day (excluding rush hour times) and overnight. The neighbourhood has an eclectic creative feel with cafes, restaurants, galleries and specialty shops along Dundas and all throughout Roncesvalles.
