About the Space

Modern, sun-filled Loft located in Jersey City just a few blocks away from Journal Sq Station. The minimal, industrial studio is meant for multi-use. This corner loft is flooded with the perfect southwest-facing fenestrations. Designed for any creative, this space is designed to shoot e-commerce and lifestyle content within a loft environment. 14ft ceilings allow for optimal height when shooting and using backdrops. You can add the available backdrops as an add-on to your booking. Equipped with: Photography: - C-Stands (x2) - ARRI 650 Plus Fresnel Tungsten Light -10ft. backdrops: AVAILABLE AS AN ADD-ON -4ft. industrial rolling clothing rack This is my home, so I will let you into the space. There is always someone on-site, in one of the rooms of the space, to assist you with anything you may need. We are not soundproofed, and there may be some construction sounds coming in as the building is undergoing facade renovations. The studio is located in a residential building.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
