Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

This cozy, modern and charming house is a perfect single home for a family or professional with access to a private backyard, 1 parking space, 5 bedrooms with two full bathrooms and 2 piece bathroom (main floor). Located in the heart of Toronto’s filming district (Hollywood North), easy access to highways and 5-15 minutes to all tourist attractions and the downtown core!

General Rules
Please feel free to use what’s available in the house.
NO SMOKING: No Vaping/Weed/Smoking of anything allowed inside the chalet as this is our family chalet. If you do, please do it outside.
No LOUD or excessive noise/music are permitted during your stay as there are COVID restrictions and a noise by-law in effect. So please do not make loud noise/music by 11pm outdoors.
GARBAGE, RECYCLING & COMPOST:
If the garbage, recycling or compost are full, please tie them tightly and put the bags inside the bins in the back yard. Garbage (Black Bin), Recycling (Blue Bins) and Compost (Green Bin).

PARKING:
The parking spot in the back is all yours!
If you’re staying for a couple of days - don’t worry about the garbage or waste before you leave as we have cleaners who will do all that for you. Just lock up and go, safe travels :)
