This 1911 heritage building has been used for many film and TV shoots. This beautiful space with stunning natural light is perfect for your next small film or photography shoot. High ceilings, wood floors, elegant light-filled architecture. The apartment consists of a boho contemporary style living room with large dormer windows, a sunny urban kitchen, a beautiful tall hallway with strong architectural proportions, and a bathroom with antique clawfoot tub. Farmhouse wainscotting and textured wallpaper was chosen by a former film shoot and looks great on screen. Tell us about your shoot and we'll do what we can to accommodate your needs. Price is subject to the type of activity that you are hosting. Small shoots (6 ppl or less) preferred. Open to student projects, local and indie projects. Please message the host for more details. I hire a professional cleaner monthly to do a deep clean. We clean our home regularly in between (vacuuming, dusting, cleaning washroom and kitchen fixtures) with non toxic cleaners. Space is well maintained and clean.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
