Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

At minimum half hour between shoots to clean space , vacuum , restock and sanitize environment for the next booking . Any mess in excess of regular covid procedures such as but no limited to I cleaned spills, stains or broken items will incurs an excess damage and or cleaning surcharge

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Parking description

READ: Loading dock paved parking is on Breithaupt St . You will see a big sign saying. 283 Duke st west. and a handicap ramp with a grey door to enter. Signage and Map will lead you to the other side of the building; the unit is closest to the front entrance There is parking by the train tracks near the front entrance. Go up one flight of stairs go through a brown fire exit door. Down hall 50ft to the left.

Windows 1920's wooden can be opened and propped with manual 2x4. South facing a brightest time of day is between noon- 3 pm. light throughout the whole day.

Trains Pass-through from time to time. main times are 5pm and 7pm Ambient noise from neighbors, no loud noises

Loading Docks and Loading ramp at the back of the building can walk through the building. The unit has double doors w/ a 2inch lip.
