Charlotte ultra production studio equipped with a guest holding bay, podcast recording studio, gallery and client greeting area. This 400sq studio is equipped with all of the pictured furniture and is available for use in a full studio rental. Gated parking lot, a restroom, and a very clean building. Please no live bands for music videos. Included Equipment: - Up to 4 Shure SM7B Microphones - RØDECaster Pro II Mixer: Guest Must Provide Micro SD Card - Multiple professional lights Perfect for: 🎤 Podcast production 🎬 Video interviews 📺 YouTube and social content Podcast Studio Rental: $25 per hour with a 2hr Minimum. All overage hours are subject to time and a half per hour PLEASE NOTE: Guest MUST provide their own MicroSD Card for the podcast mixer. --- Additional Info: Pets allowed? Service animals only with corresponding permits Child-talent allowed? Yes, assessed per production of nature and size Movable Furniture? Yes, crew is required to put all furniture back Noise restrictions? Yes, however music must remain low or at lounge level What is noise in the surrounding area like? Quiet Will there be an on-site manager present during the booking? Typically no. We are available for any questions or concerns throughout the whole day, but we are usually not present on premises during the duration of the booking. An on-site manager is available for large productions for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
