Versatile in its uses, there is a sizeable main area with great natural lighting from high windows which makes it a great space for production use. It faces away from the street, so noise is never an issue here. The space is a great venue for hosting events, gatherings, and meetings. The kitchen is open for you to utilize as extra storage/staging space, as well as storing, preparing, and heating of food and/or refreshments. A spare room of 150 sq ft is also available as an add-on for a $125/day.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
