About the Space
Our studio is used primarily for recording services as well as private listening partys. Also Many different walls for filming music videos, commercials or anything related. Private events are possible with a limited capacity. Set up and clean-up times are to be included in your booking. Guests should be completely cleaned up and on their way our at the end of the booking. No pets, no weapons, no drugs allowed, No loitering in the parking lot, no smoking or drinking in the parking lot. Please be courteous to the neighbors and refrain from being loud after 10:00pm in the parking lot.

We Sanitize and disinfect after every session. we have hand sanitizer in every room and alcohol wipes as needed.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
