About the Space
Our Audio Mix and Record bay is set up nicely for single talent VO recording and commercial mixing sessions. We have two microphones to choose from, a SENNHEISER MKH 416 and a SURE SM7B. Of course, if your talent has a favorite mic, they can bring it with...our board will support both self or phantom powered microphones. iMac Pro loaded with Avid Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, Audacity and Sound Forge. Source Connect also available for remote sessions or client participation. Feel free to rent the bay and bring your engineer and talent. Or we are happy to provide an engineer. We also offer VO talent casting, Producer or Coordinator for on-site client support, catered meal service, script printing, messenger services, etc. Services: - VO Record - Sound Design - Sound Mix - VO Talent Casting - Remote Record or Mix via Source Connect Our space also includes free on-site parking, 2 bathrooms a full kitchen & 900 Sq. Ft. Rooftop deck available to you and your clients/talent/crew during your booking.

We take health and safety seriously at the Sweet Spot. We clean and disinfect on the daily and temperature check & screen every employee and guest that enters our building. We've been operational throughout the pandemic and are happy to report ZERO COVID cases. Our employees are also all 100% vaccinated.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
