About The Parsonage
1925 Spanish style home. We are located in the River District. Our home has parking for 15 vehicles. There is a large porch in the front and a fenced in private pool area.
The interior has several brick walls, a large kitchen, a downstairs bathroom and a downstairs bedroom that can be used for a changing area.
We require event insurance with The Parsonage as the additionally insured.
Also, a cleaning fee of $120.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
