- Cyc Wall (12l x 18w x 13h) - Daylight Studio, North Facing Windows - Large Custom Windows w/ Remote Black Out Curtains - Full Kitchen with Commercial Refrigerator + Freezer - 2 Bathrooms, 1 Shower - Cement Floors - Gated Parking Lot available only when studio tenant is on site**. - Sonos Wifi Sound System - Wifi - AppleTV, XBOX 1 - Lighting, Grip, Camera Packages available a la carte, just ask! Profoto + Arri + Aputure lights are available Please Read** If you need fresh paint on the white Cyc Wall, the fee is $150. If a clean floor is not important for your shoot, then no fees apply but will be "as-is" from the previous use. It's my recommendation that the floor is repainted before each use. THE LOFT space is unavailable for use above the kitchen.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
