About the Space
Our home is full of cozy good vibes and lots of natural light! The indoor & outdoor spaces are great for photoshoots and film productions. The layout of the home is in linear form starting from the front living room leading through the kitchen and back to the large cathedral ceiling sunroom that opens up to the deck and outdoor living spaces. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials for a gourmet cook to enjoy. Our favorite areas of the home are the sunroom and large decks! We love the outdoors and the back half of the home is all about plants and nature with lots of earthy textures and tones. The space is designed with a cozy minimal style. Hygge vibes. The exterior of the home is painted black with white trim. The outdoor spaces are an extension of the interior style with multiple sofas, chairs, swings, and areas to connect to nature. The large backyard is fully fenced and is slowly getting more landscaping added into the mix. We have a Stocktank Pool back there for a great water feature! There are two fire pits in the backyard and another fire pit on the upper deck along with a gas grill. Great spaces to hangout, zen-out and create!

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
