Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Before every scheduled appointment, thorough disinfection is done. We use environmentally conscious cleaners and disinfectants throughout all common areas and meeting spaces. Hand sanitizer and disinfecting wipes will be provided. Please ensure you wear a mask to our site or you will be denied entry.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

Parking description

We have two lots on site. One underground, heated, and fob secured parking lot. The other is an outdoor back alley lot. Both options come with your own personal designated stall. There is paid street parking right outside our front door and multiple paid parking lots on our block. Your clients will never be left looking for places to park!

General Rules

- No smoking/vaping in the building. - No obstruction of any common areas. - Noise or odors that interfere with other renters is not permitted. - No animals are allowed on-premises - with the exception of service animals. - No altering of locks without the owner's consent. - No littering. - Renter assumes all risks from theft or vandalism to the premises and agrees to keep the premises locked as may be required. - Owner reserves the right to refuse access to any person who seems to be a threat to the safety, reputation, or property of the building and its occupants.

Security cameras and recording devices

We have multiple security cameras on-site covering the majority of our facility. In addition to this, our building is fob secured outside of business hours.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
