About the Space
Our space is located in the Beverly area and is great for small parties, conferences, photoshoots, and paint and sips. The open layout allows functionality for your small event purposes. The Nail Room has a compact kitchen equipped with a sink, microwave and mini fridge. The space also has a bathroom and a sink located by the backdoor. Free wifi, smart tv and parking available. Chairs and tables are available for an extra fee.
We allow an extra hour to each rental (30 minutes for setup & 30 minutes for breakdown) at no additional charge.
COVID-19 Policies
Masked are required for all guests
Temperature will be taken by Facilities Managers for all rentals to ensure safety;
All guests with temperature above 99.0°F will be asked to leave the facility.
Staff will monitor all rentals to ensure COVID-19 policies are followed, and assist guest as needed.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
