About the Space
Our house is a red brick victorian from the late 1800s. The interior of the home is a mixture of contemporary design and old-world character. The main floor is open concept with natural light pouring in from the front of the home as well as the back. The kitchen was recently renovated and is now the heart and soul of the home — this is where a lot of our guests seem to enjoy filming the most. Upstairs we have three bedrooms (one is currently being used as an office) and a small bathroom. The private backyard is small but mighty with plenty of outdoor lighting, seating and a firepit. Our street is quiet, we have a park across the street and we're and only steps from Queen Street East. If you're looking for a contemporary,art-filled family home, this little guy should be a solid contender.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has additional space outdoors

Jennifer was extremely accommodating despite very little notice with our request. When we arrived she was kind and helpful and made our entire experience as easy as possible. The home is gorgeous with lots of natural light in the living room, kitchen and bedrooms and the casually cool aesthetic of the space made our shoot feel better than we could have hoped!
