About the Space
The rental area would including the Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and outside: Pool Deck and outside Dining Area. The bedrooms are not available. It makes for a great mid-sized space for Hosting. Perfect for a small birthday party, dinner party or bridal/baby shower! Also a beautiful backdrop for a photo shoot! In the summer and warmer days, the A/C we set to as low as we can, but often it cannot cool the home with a lot of people in in. We have one fan, but please acknowledge this before you book! There is plenty of space to spread out in the backyard. Music is welcomed until 11p.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
