About the Space
MINIMUM 4 HOUR BOOKING. Please don't message us asking for less. It is not worth us taking bookings for an hour or two due to the booking fee and tax deducted from the total. Please pick the correct fee for the total cast and crew or you will be charged an additional fee after the shoot. The space is a clean and minimal architectural home with simple designer furniture to complement your shoot. Ideal for all types of photo and film shoots. Large windows provide great light even on dull days. Good access for loading furniture and a driveway for storing gear and props if needed. The top floor has a panoramic window with a view of a large oak tree. A current trending Peerspace location.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
