About the Space

Our hippie asylum homestead is the perfect place to entertain. Natural landscaping and permaculture ideas expressed throughout the property make it especially great for your holistic retreat, birthday or wedding celebration. Our just-over-an-acre eco-park is located in a rural neighborhood about an hour from San Diego, beaches, mountains and desert. Features: Cactus Gardens Natural Pool & Patio Sweet Orchard Spot - shaded grassy area with mature CA pepper trees, horseshoes, and tree swing Punkin Lounge Meditation Trail The Bus Stop - interactive fire sculpture with sound Table and chairs with covers for 14 Cafe string lights Add ons: VIP Guest Room & Dome access (main floor common areas) 20 x 40' shade structure The Punkin Project M&M Wedding Arch There will be a coordinator onsite in case you need any assistance during your event. Our facility was built in 1988, and Wylie brought all the cactus and succulents to the property when it was purchased in 2008.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

We limit the total number of guests on site to allow for social distancing, as well as offer a hand washing station and hand sanitizer in common areas.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
