We want to help you bring your visions to life. Our versatile space, in house gear and various amenities can accommodate any photography and filming needs. If you need your session to not involve any outside sound please let us know before hand so we can make sure the space is ready for you. Our studio is a creative space for visual creators with a strong foundation in the Hip Hop music industry. Our building has three music studios and a multipurpose photography & video production space (The Creative Studio), and common spaces such as the washroom, and lounge. We can not guarantee complete silence in the creative studio as it is a shared space and sound may leak from the music studios so our space is not ideal for podcasts or interviews. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Nice white studio space
Nice white studio space
The host was very responsive, but when we arrived at the location, we had trouble finding the space as it was tucked away in an alleyway. Upon entering, we were greeted by sounds from the studios upstairs and a constant stream of people coming in and out. The door alarm would also go off every time it was opened. While attempting to record a video with audio, it was difficult to find a quiet moment. Additionally, a neighboring furniture store had a radio playing, audible through a gap in the shared wall. Although the hosts were kind and accommodating, I would not recommend this location for video production requiring sound. I now have to fully replace the audio through ADR.
