Large backyard with garden, fire pit and patio deck. Amazing natural light during the day and colorful modern lighting in the evening. Great for shooting films, music videos or photoshoots! Acoustically tuned production/mixing studio available for an additional house engineer fee ($45hr).

Health and Safety Measures
Space is throughly cleaned and disinfected between bookings. All surfaces are wiped down with bleach spray, especially high touch surfaces. Windows are opened and the space is aired out.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
