CONTACT TRACING BARCODE: We require everyone entering the building to fill out our contact tracing form. There are 3 ways to do this. 1. At the front entrance of Millworks, prior to walking into the space. Please scan barcode and fill out the covid screening form. 2. In your reminder email sent 24 hours prior to your booking you will receive the barcode. Please scan and fill out the covid screening form. 3. TERMS & CONDITIONS CANCELLATION POLICIES: Cancellations/Rebooking are for studio credit only, no refunds. Your credit will never expire and can be used at any time. Please contact us here, when you are ready to book COVID-19 RULES & REGULATIONS: We require everybody to be wearing a mask and remain 6 feet apart. Please note that in addition to photographers, the model(s) must be wearing a mask at all times with the exception of their time physically in front of the camera. All team members working with models that have to come within 6 feet, must have eye protection as well as nose and mouth coverings. Sanitizer and paper towel will be provided in each studio. As well as an extra cleaning protocol has been put into place. Make-up station will remain closed. 10 people per studio room for commercial and retail photography 30mins between bookings. Please arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your shoot. Once you arrive we will take you directly into your studio without waiting. If you come earlier and the room is free and disinfected, we will take you inside and start/end your booking earlier. Otherwise, we will ask you to wait outside of the studio premise
