About Pellas Gallery

Newly renovated space in the heart of Back Bay, Boston. Pellas Gallery opened in 2019 with a focus on the sales of contemporary art. The location cannot be beat, it is close to all Boston attractions and shops. The Gallery is very accessible by public transportation, and have street parking but also a block away from a large parking garage. Rental fee is $800-1,200 an hour plus cleaning and service fee. For tours of the space virtually and in person, please direct message. Rental fee includes: • Private office • Formal desk with Mac desktop for any pictures • Kitchenette (no stove) but sink , and a small oven. • Bathroom • Capacity: 120 people Available at the gallery for rent: • 2 smaller tables that could be used for presentations (chairs also available- we have around 12) • 2 large long tables where we usually set up alcohol at our events • Linens for tables • 6 high tops • Select party packages Other: - We have an in house party planner for an additional fee - We work with a DJ that can be hired. Price dependent on time needed. - We work with some catering companies that can be hired for staffing, food and beverage, ect. but outside food and drinks is also allowed but will need to be coordinated and approved by renter. - PLEASE NOTE: There is a mandatory $35/hour staff fee and Uber travel fee for staff (usually $60) for all events to oversee the gallery and protect our artwork. This staff member can also help with set up and breakdown. There will be a $800/hour penalty fee if guests stay past their time. BOSTON MARATHON WEEK IS $1,200 p/hr April 11 Formal day - $1,000 p/hr

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
