70's early 80's feel Suburban ranch house, long flag lot driveway, vintage Kidney shaped pool and bomb shelter, Late 70's interior and kitchen. further details upon request. House rules in effect: No smoking in the building Specific cigarette disposal stations must be in place Outside catering is allowed No alcohol allowed after 8pm Production is responsible for cleaning Certain rooms are off limits, you will have to check with the owner. No shooting after 10pm Permits must be obtained and insurance carried by production company. pool is not heated, need to make arrangements for heating several days in advance.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
