- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

The host was super prompt with responses. We shot a music video here yesterday. Needed it for a couple extra hours and Kevin responded to our need quickly and allowed us to extend our stay. The space was gorgeous, large, with great light. The cyclorama having such a high ceiling was very helpful for getting wide shots. The overhead lighting was perfect. Studio B was also an awesome set for our shoot, works for well from different angles to create lots of variety with its set design.

Overall Disappointed. Cons: On check-in the elevator was locked and we could not gain access to the second floor (stairwell was also locked). This resulted in us having to wait for Kevin's Partner to drive to the studio to let us in. The studio is significantly more cluttered now than in the photos. Lots of random pieces like an old Tv, DVD player, more plants, chairs, rug, ladder etc. This may not be an issue if you can make the most of it like we did, but it is a note worthy update. There was a random tray of dirty dishes and mugs that were an eye soar to my clients and I. The sofa in the photos that we had told Kevin we would be using was in a completely separate room, missing a leg and completely stained. Kevin told us that the stains would be dealt with, I even asked for photos but did not receive any - instead I was told it would be dealt with prior to our shoot. I told him that it was a deciding factor for us, so not too sure why it was in a separate room, still stained and missing a leg. Pros: Kevin gave us an extra hour for booking the length of time that we did and another one from his partner due to not being able to check in on time and having to push all my clients back. We made the most of the space and still got what we came for but some cleaning, updated photos/descriptions would go a long way —————————— [HOST RESPONSE: “We are very sorry you had such a poor experience Ezra and thank you for bringing these matters to our attention. There was a miscommunication on our team so we take full responsibility for these issues and will be repairing the couch, addressing the clutter and ensuring a clean studio work environment for all future guests.”]
