Hold your small gathering here in our Christmas 365 days a year home. Open floor plan with Christmas decor through out. Large deck out back sitting under large palms and good size backyard, with a propane grill for your use. Plenty of room for corn hole, or other outside activities. Saltwater pool(unheated). Have your small gathering here in the multiple seatings backyard and deck. Pool size is 11’ X 20’. Great spot for your office Christmas party, or small party in our upstairs theater room.

Every cleaning is done to cdc guidelines. Cleaning this before and after every guest.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
