About the Space
Welcome to Brooklyn's most charming photo studio. The space has plants throughout. Feel free to do any replacement or removal of furniture or plants around - I just kindly ask you to be extra careful <3 We have a beautifully designed contemporary fireplace. All the walls are white including the ceiling. The light in the morning floods into the room. It is a creative space for all levels of production including but not limited to content creation, photo shoots, video-shoots, vlogs, video etc. Our space is situated just an 8-minute walk from the Halsey stop on the L train and thus close to many restaurants/ bars/supermarkets in the area. There's an extra fee to use both rooms (bedroom and living room area) and this needs to be decided upfront. Please check with the host

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
New Cleaning Protocol. We are taking extra sanitary precautions at the apartment to ensure you and your guests can relax and enjoy your booking with us. We are not only making these precautions for our guests, studio neighbors, but also ourselves. We typically use all-natural cleaning agents before and after every booking. Still, to ensure that our space is kept safe, we have been using Clorox Cleanup, Alcohol natural mixtures solutions (which is an effective coronavirus killer) spray on all surfaces, handles, doorknobs, etc. before and after each booking. We also provide hand soap for extensive hand washing.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
