    We offer 49 acres of fields on the Stillaguamish River with beach access and a grand view of Mt. Pilchuck. Great for meetings, photoshoots, maker’s markets, farmer’s market’s, art shows, performances, parties, dinners, picnics, outdoor yoga, lawn games-you name it! The venue includes a 1760 square foot covered, open-air event space with water, power, chandeliers, fans and an adjacent celebration patio. It can accommodate up to 120 guests for a sit down dinner. The fields can hold larger groups if needed. Basic Portable Restrooms *Upgrade to Luxury Portable Restrooms for a fee.     Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

    The tables, chairs and high touch areas have all been sanitized according to the Snohomish County Health Department guidelines. Our venue is open-air which allows for optimal air ventilation. There is plenty of space on the farm for social distancing.

    Cancellation Policy

    Standard 30 day

    Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
    All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
