One window to the east, six windows facing south, and two windows facing west, which ensures there is beautiful light all day long. The studio is 1030 rentable sq ft. (about 850 usable sq ft.) and feels open and spacious. It comes furnished with a rotating selection of designer furniture and items for styling at no additional cost. Located in the center of the city, the space works incredibly well for showrooms and events. It is also great for workshops, yoga, and meditation classes as the energy in the space is very creative and inspiring. It can be used for pop-up events, meetings, networking, retreats, workshops, photo or video shoots. There is a service elevator that runs 8:00am-5:00pm Monday-Friday as well as general public elevators that service the building 24/7.

If you are not feeling well or have been in contact with a sick person please stay home.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
