About the Studio Madxaar Creative Studio is a space for all members, whatever their artistic and studio needs. As a communal workspace where practicing artists of all levels can work alongside each other, the Madxaar Studio's environment encourages wider experimentation and multi-disciplinary exchange between members. The Madxaar Studio enables artists to either pursue an ongoing cycle of studio practice or use the space more casually, depending on the type of membership or creative needs they may have. Timings Available for hire on a daily basis or longer, our studios welcome photographers, filmmakers, and their teams to use our space and facilities to run their own productions. The equipment available for rent We boast an extensive equipment list of lighting equipment and other top brands of continuous lighting, grip, cameras, and digital capture Explore our equipment list to find what you're looking for. Whatever we do not stock, we will source for you. Operators at your service Our experienced in-house assistants are available for hire but are also happy to offer some free assistance and friendly advice about all aspects of your rentals. Sets and props We have a variety of elements and interesting surfaces that are contemporary and on-trend to give your photos visual interest. We have a passion for design and would love to help provide creative solutions for your set needs. Production Make Madxaar your partner in Vancouver for any size production in studio or on location. We can coordinate all logistics to make sure that your shoot runs smoothly on time and within budget. We have a core team with extensive regional and international expertise in stills production, as well as a vast network of industry professionals to help facilitate all aspects of our production. Event space Our urban chic warehouse studios are a trending space for any event you may have and can accommodate up to 300 people Be it for a product launch, workshop, fashion show, or art event, hosting your event at our studios will always be a fabulous success.

This space was perfect. The studio is spacious and has space for hair and makeup to setup and be on set. We were able to have a rotating schedule of our team to get their portraits shot and had access to wifi as well as support from Sam who was onsite. Sam was very helpful and wonderful. The layout was awesome. The lighting provided was just perfect. We even had access to a big screen so that we were able to have our mood board on the screen as well as see our photos live. Our shoot went very smoothly largely due to the awesome space and all it had to offer! 10/10 would book this studio again.
