Welcome to Bitchin' Riverwalk, a penthouse condo overlooking the beautiful, historic San Antonio Riverwalk! Our space is perfect for your proposals, after wedding photos, product photo shoots, small meetings and mini dinner parties! We loved making this baby over for it to truly shine! Taking Design Inspiration from San Antonio itself…with nods to the hip The Pearl District and the historic Spanish Heritage of San Antonio (matching our fireplace tile with the same shape that is throughout San Antonio architecture, on the bridges and pathways along the Riverwalk), every element of the redesign was carefully crafted to celebrate the beauty of the area. From building handmade artisan concrete countertops, to smoothing out the 80s textured walls, to knocking down the kitchen wall to have a view of the Riverwalk, to matching the shades of green to the trees outside, to hanging fountains on the outdoor veranda, mirroring the sounds of the river…it’s the little touches that combine to make a big difference in the feel of the penthouse. And don’t worry, one of us will be here throughout your booking for any questions! Located in the heart of downtown on the most beautiful bend of the Riverwalk, next to the renowned Tobin Center, and in walking distance to the hip Pearl District, The Alamo, King William District and La Villita, this penthouse could not be in a more ideal location. The Fiesta Boat Parade & Holiday Boat Parade start on the River, right in front of the penthouse, which makes celebrating holidays there completely joyous! Renowned poets and artists have lived in the building, including the great Maya Angelou. On a personal level, the location could not be more meaningful, as it is right next door to The Southwest School of Art (which our Grandmother, Helen Marie Hendrie, founded with two other women)!
