A full modern, clean, beautiful sleek Kitchen is available for shoots upon request. Otherwise a fully equipped kitchen for lunch purpose is available for use.. A designated Photography station for Laptop and plenty of outlets to connect equipment if needed. High ceiling's with a ton of beautiful natural lighting during the day. Light Makeup/Hair Vanity Station and Chair with outlets. A customized wooden bench waiting area for talent or crew to sit at. Full body mirror, steamer, iron/board, and (2) clothing racks and hangers for use. Bathroom/changing room. Outside balcony for fresh air if needed. A 65' inch TV is also mounted for use of Youtube or screen sharing. Wifi available, Alexa music, Air conditioning/Heater, and Microwave. Upon additional rental fee, a selfie Neewer light, Photo Light Box, and Fuji Instant Film Camera (film not included) is also available. No lighting equipment is included with this studio. You must bring your own lights.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
