Sunny Culver Bungalow with Fire Pit

Hello! Come enjoy our cozy, beachy bungalow with a massive backyard and firepit for you to use at your leisure. Lay out in the sun, use the space as your office, have some quick meetings or have our space be part of your production. Our private bungalow has everything you need - queen bed, desk to do some work, stove and microwave to cook meals, a grill, full bathroom and much more. Walk outside into the shared backyard and you'll see a fire pit with adirondack chairs on your left. About 100 feet in front of you is a lovely pergola with a picnic table for eating or doing some work. The backyard and pergola area are wired with smart speakers, so just say "Hey G-o-o-g-l-e, play XYZ on Spotify" if you want to hang out while playing some great music. We ask that you take care of our space and equipment as if it were yours, but everything is available for you to use at your leisure. Enjoy!
