We've hosted an array of amazing guests from Nordstrom Home, to Peloton, Domino, Emily Henderson, Target, Lululemon, and many other fashion, food and home goods brands, as well as celebrity clientele. Inside you'll find bright whites, great natural light, neutral tones and a warm California bungalow aesthetic. A beautiful modern kitchen with stunning tile work, white oak open shelving and a vaulted ceiling. Open shelving throughout the living room and kitchen make for great styling. The designer dining room is open and sun-filled. The warm and relaxed primary bedroom can be easily styled and transformed to your needs. A second, available bedroom can be used as a dressing room. In addition to a designer interior, we also have a large (6,000 sqft) green and lush, open backyard space. Tall privacy bushes form a green backdrop all around with a large grass area, olive tree and full lemon tree. Our neighborhood is peaceful and serene. Beautiful, neutral outdoor lounge furniture, a large 6-foot table and chairs and fire pit make for a great photo setting and outdoor dining.
