If you're looking for a place to shoot content, film a webinar, or produce a photoshoot, our flexible studio can be the perfect backdrop for you. This second floor walk-up studio is approximately 3,300 square feet total and is a relaxing urban sanctuary in SOMA. Primarily decorated with the idea of supporting a relaxing, thoughtful vibe that pairs well with your gathering. Please be sure to inquire before booking to make sure this is a compatible space for your needs as we are an alcohol-free, shoes off, vegan/vegetarian space.
There are 3-main areas of use. Feel free to use the entire studio or choose one area:
1. Large studio (24' x 40') with laminate wood floor paneling, a wall of windows and plants on the Southeast side of the room with natural light. Luxurious gray velvet curtains drape to the floor and divide the space from the other areas. This room has been used for in-person and livestreamed yoga classes, workshops and meetings. It has also been rented for photo and video shoots and reserved for events. We can set up tables and chairs for a meeting, luncheon, etc. for an additional fee. Seating from 30-60 for an additional fee. 72" Monitor available with WIFI and HDMI cable to project from laptop.
2. White Couch Lounge (11' x 22') with coffee tables and seating for up to 30. This area is an open space along the walking path in the studio. This lounge has been used for group discussion, livestream meetings and a co-working space. This space can be cleared with all furniture removed with request for an additional fee and placed in the front area opposite the yoga room. 48" Monitor available with WIFI and HDMI cable to project from laptop.
3. Kitchenette (working area with sink, counters, plates, serving bowls, and more) and Table Area (5' x 18’) is a sitting area with 6' tables and chairs. This space has been used for meetings, co-working space, tea tastings, lectures, creative art making and more. Near the kitchenette for sink access and 2 bathrooms.
Additionally, there is a tea area (tea kettle and selection of teas and mugs) with seating areas.
Two unisex bathrooms and front counter at the entry are part of the space. The studio office is off limits as well as the small upstairs writer’s nook. There is air conditioning and heating as needed plus either fluorescent lighting or more subdued lighting with lamps for the evening.
