About the Space
Hamptons / farm style house built in 2019 on 5.5 acres. Mt. Baker views. Open field in the back.. Surrounded by wineries and farms. The house is on a cul-de-sac at the end of a quiet street. Nice and e plenty of easy access parking in the driveway, in the back and on the street. PERFECT FOR ENTERTAINING Baby showers Party room Catered events Pop up shops Networking Etc.. 2500 sqft rentable main floor space including back patio space (more of the house can be rented on a case by case basis) MAIN FLOOR 2500 sq ft living area Open floor plan. Kitchen (perfect for caterers), pantry (prep kitchen), Wolf appliances, wine bar, bathroom, great room (double sliding doors to outside), dining room (French doors lead out to covered seating area), lots of windows and natural light plus a large gas fireplace. Extremely durable floors throughout.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has additional space outdoors

Jessica's space is an amazing place to do a video shoot in! The place is well lit and well decorated which gave us a great starting place for building the set. The grounds around the house are beautiful and added character to the shoot. Jessica was very responsive and easy to work with. 10/10 will be coming back!

We reserved this beautiful home for a family Celebration of Life in April. The weather was perfect, so we could use the children's playground, the picnic table, the deck chairs and enjoy ann amazing view of Mt Baker. The event space was larger than what we had perceived from the photos, tastefully designed with attention to details. . It had 10ft high ceilings and an open concept living room, dining room and kitchen area. The kitchen island was more than enough space for our 7 charcuterie food boards, and there was a beverage room off the kitchen. We received so many compliments, saying it was the perfect place for our memorial. The house was very clean, and the owners were very helpful in making our event a success.

The host was lovely! Jessica was very detailed and eager to help and answer questions. The space was beautiful and even larger then anticipated. Our small crew had no issues bringing in equipment and it was a smooth photoshoot from beginning to end with ample lighting (lights weren't even used for this photoshoot). We'd definitely love to book this location again. Thanks again :)

Such an amazing space! Breathtaking home with spectacular views. Jessica was so so so amazing to work with. She was extremely organized, was super quick to answer any questions and was extremely flexible when it came to the craziness of last-minute loose ends being tied for such an important event. Jessica and her husband truly went above and beyond on the day of our event to make sure we were taken care of and ensure that everything went smoothly. I would 100% recommend Jessica and her space for any event you may need!
