History of the space Our home is currently a lake front seasonal rental that was originally built as a summer camp in Mid Coast Maine. It has been updated and sits on a south facing lot that enjoys incredible sunrises and sunsets. Neighborhood details Our home is located in Lincolnville Center. Walking distance to public lake access and historic Lincolnville Center General Store. Logistics Our home has a large lake front yard that can accommodate a number of activities. Special rates associated with booking the space Rates are seasonal and depend on use. Information about past bookings Traditionally our home is rented to small groups and families. It can host 4-5 overnight guests.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
