Welcome...large windows throughout, natural light galore! 3 full floors, 9 ft ceilings on all floors with 5 large bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a gourmet kitchen. Hardwood flooring throughout. Open concept layout that lets light shine in throughout. 2 balconies off the third floor, backyard deck and parking for 4 cars. Lots of space to set up for film and photography. Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

Beautiful home with a modern contemporary interior that was a hit for my 30th birthday party. Highly recommend if you're serving food and drinks because the kitchen has the latest and greatest appliances. There's also plenty of seating area and a spacious backyard!
