The house is set in a very industrial setting of Manchester surrounded by an industrial area by the river Mersey A short walk from the house you can see factory’s pylons etc it’s not far from the national grid or Manchester United training ground It’s a little 2 bedroom house minimalist a bank canvas you can create anything you want with this space This House is perfect for photography and filming. If you are looking to shoot TV or film or something for a Youtube channel or Tik Tok. The space has some natural light with a cosy feel to it.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
