Ideal historic property with many original characteristics for photo shoots or filming - particularly outside. It is a functioning family home and is set up as such, but about half of it (so far) has been professionally renovated to offer a traditional English country house. Rooms completed include kitchen, kid's bedrooms, mudroom, living room/parlour and stairwell. The dining room, main bedroom (yellow), guest bedroom (blue), small office (light blue) and all bathrooms are still undergoing renovation but can be used and pictures supplied upon request. Outside is just under 1/2 acre of leafy green yard that can easily feature the house in the background. Our historic stone/plaster basement and gable attic are unfinished and in disrepair, but it may be suitable for specific needs.

All spaces dusted, vacuumed, mopped and wiped down between each use. Disinfectants are used on appropriate surfaces where possible. Further steaming of upholstery can be done upon request.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
