Slauson near the 110 highway in a gated light industrial warehouse complex with secure parking. ***SPACE FEATURES*** * Pre-lit, app controlled RGB stage lighting plus LED bi-color 3 light kit and assorted spot and pin lights. * 3000 ft² total space * Production set - 28' back wall x 16' side walls x 12' height * Acoustic ceiling tiles over the set and acoustic foam and moving blankets on the studio walls * Bathroom, dressing room and break room with small kitchenette setup * Stage manager included * In-House Production Services Available. * Easy Load-in/out - large ground level, roll-up door offering direct access into studio. * No natural light - blackout capable. * Yamaha speakers, mixer, sandbags, power cords, hdmi cables, movable acoustic panels and several c-stands available for use at no extra charge * A/C ADDITIONAL COSTS - If you use glitter, confetti, powder, food, or any other unusual, hard to clean substance without proper planning with an art department, pre-notification, and approval in writing, you will be billed an additional $250 cleaning fee plus the extra studio time it takes to clean at OT rates. CLEANING The studio is properly cleaned and disinfected in-between every booking. However, clients are expected to return the studio to how they found it when they arrive.
